Is it free to post a job as an employer?
Yes. Creating a company profile and posting vacancies is currently free — there's no listing fee and no charge added on top of what you pay your VA directly.
Is it free to create a VA profile?
Yes. Creating a profile and browsing vacancies is free, and your profile can appear in employer searches on the free tier.
Is it free to apply to jobs or message employers?
No. Applying to a vacancy and messaging an employer both require the paid membership. The free tier is for building your profile and browsing — you'll need to upgrade before you can apply or message.
What does the paid membership include?
It's what unlocks applying to jobs and messaging employers, plus extra visibility for your profile with employers. Once you have it, there's no limit on how many jobs you can apply to.
Where do I see the current price?
Pricing for the Pro membership is shown live on the Membership page in your VA dashboard, along with what it includes. We list it there rather than here so it's never out of date.
How do I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel a paid membership?
Manage your membership from the Membership page in your dashboard — upgrade to Pro, or open the billing portal from there to manage or cancel an existing subscription.
Does VA International take a cut of what I earn or pay?
No. Payment between an employer and a VA is arranged directly between the two of you — VA International isn't a payment processor or payroll provider for that working relationship, and doesn't take a percentage of it.
