Quick answers to common employer questions that don't fit neatly into one topic. For anything not covered here, message our support team directly from your employer account.

Is it free to post a job on VA International?

Yes. Creating a company profile and posting vacancies doesn't cost anything, and there's no fee added on top of what you pay your VA directly.

Why isn't my job listing showing up right after I post it?

It should be showing already — listings publish immediately, and there's no wait before candidates can see and apply. If a listing genuinely isn't visible, double-check its status on your jobs page (it may have been edited back to draft, or it may have expired) before contacting support.

Can I hire more than one VA at a time?

Yes — there's no limit on how many VAs you can hire. Unverified company accounts are capped at 3 active job listings at once; once your company is verified, that cap no longer applies. Many employers start with one VA for a specific function and add more as different needs come up.

What happens to my job listing after 60 days?

It expires automatically. If you're still hiring for the role, you can duplicate the listing to run it again — review the text first in case anything about the role has changed.

Can I pause a listing without losing it?

Yes — moving a listing back to draft takes it off the public jobs board without deleting it, so you can republish it later if your hiring need returns. This is useful if you've found someone and want to stop new applications without permanently closing the role.

How do I contact support if I have a problem?

Message support directly from your employer account — it's the fastest way to reach the team, and conversations there stay attached to your account for context. Include the page, the job or company involved, and what result you expected, so support can help you faster.

Can a VA I hired see my other job listings or company data?

A VA only sees what you choose to share with them directly — messaging, shared files, or account access you grant. The platform doesn't expose your other listings, applicants, or account details to a hired VA beyond what you share yourself.

What if a candidate behaves inappropriately or I suspect a fake profile?

Use the report option on the profile, listing, or specific message — reports go to a moderation review, and you can also block the account to stop further contact. Don't wait for a resolution before protecting yourself; blocking and reporting can happen at the same time.
