VA International trains people to become virtual assistants and connects them with employers who need one. This article gives a plain overview of what we do and how the pieces fit together.

## What is VA International?
VA International is built around two connected things: a structured training program that teaches the craft of virtual assistant work, and a jobs platform — jobs.virtualassistantinternational.com — where VAs and employers find and hire each other directly. There's no agency in between and no placement fees.

## What's the difference between the training and the jobs platform?
The training program teaches the skills; the jobs platform is where you use them. You don't have to complete the training to use the jobs platform — you can create a free profile and browse vacancies right away. Applying to vacancies and messaging employers needs a paid membership; see the Pricing article for details. The training is a separate, optional part of what VA International offers.

## Who is the jobs platform for?
Two groups: virtual assistants looking for remote work, and employers looking to hire one. VAs create a profile, browse vacancies, and apply once they have a paid membership. Employers create a company profile, post vacancies, and search VA profiles directly — that side is free.

## Do I need any experience to use the platform?
No specific experience is required to create an account or a profile. What matters is what you put in your profile — your skills, availability, and the kind of work you're looking for — since that's what employers see when they search.

## Where can I get more help?
